REMEMBERING THE BLIZZARD OF 2011 CONFERENCE
To all our members and friends,
We greatly appreciate the support of everyone who registered for conference. If you
couldn't make it this year, we're confident that you would rather have been in
Sturbridge!
The 2011 conference had a strong lineup of speakers and exhibitors, and we truly
missed all of you who couldn't make it - including the Tree Warden of the Year,
William Hayes. Bill was among the absent ones and had to be notified of his award
with a congratulatory telephone call to him at his storm command post.
The warm months are predictably too busy to hold green industry conferences, so
we and others schedule them for the winter and hope for the best. We keep our
fingers crossed for the weather, and wish we could hold the conference in a kinder
season. We hope you'll save the dates for next year and hope for NO SNOW!
